Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Erin Colbrese Coaching, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session, creating an account, or otherwise using our website and services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if booking on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2. The Services

We provide one-on-one coaching sessions, including strategy and follow-up sessions, scheduled through this website and conducted by video conference. Coaching is for general guidance and educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam, harass other users, or impersonate any person;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

4. Account and accurate information

You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate booking information (including name, email, and meeting details) and to keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

All content, materials, branding, and software made available through the Services are owned by Erin Colbrese Coaching, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical limitations of the Services.

6. Payment, billing, and order processing

This site is used for scheduling only — no payments are taken through it. Coaching fees, where applicable, are invoiced separately through Square. Payment terms, cancellation, and refunds for paid engagements are agreed directly with Erin Colbrese Coaching, LLC.

7. Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please contact us as early as possible at hello@erincolbrese.com.

8. Service availability and disclaimer

We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if:

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • a payment for the Services fails or is reversed;
  • we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk; or
  • you engage in repeated or serious violations of our policies or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Erin Colbrese Coaching, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection laws.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give you additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
